Order Cancellation

Cancellations must be requested as soon as possible, but may not be possible in all cases due to our automated order fulfilment processes.

Please note: Personalised orders are excluded from returns and cannot be cancelled once processed on the day of shipment.

Domestic Shipping

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the final shipping destination.

All orders are shipped from an Amazon fulfillment center based on your location. Delivery will also be via Amazon Logistics / selected courier partner.

All orders are fully tracked, and once an order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at the time of order.

Business Addresses

TORRO does not take responsibility for delays to orders shipped to an address other than a residential address (e.g., a business premises) where delivery is attempted outside business hours.

Item Not Received

I still haven't received my item.

Check if you have not received a card from the courier if you were out. If the item was sent to your home, ask anyone else living there if they accepted the delivery. Please also check if the item was left with a neighbor.

If the shipment was sent to your work address, check with the mailroom and your colleagues to see if anyone accepted the delivery.

Still missing?

If your item is still missing and a reasonable amount of time has passed, it may be considered lost. Please contact us and we will investigate this further for you.

My item shows as delivered but has not arrived.

Check if you have not received a card from the courier if you were out. If the item was sent to your home, ask anyone else living there if they accepted the delivery. Please also check if the item was left with a neighbor or in your safe place (if applicable).

If the shipment was sent to your work address, check with the mailroom and your colleagues to see if anyone accepted the delivery.

Please note: We cannot be held responsible for third-party involvement when a delay occurs.

Missed Delivery

If you were not present at the time of attempted delivery, the courier will issue an attempted delivery card, but will attempt delivery again on the following working day.

If this fails again, the card will indicate why delivery could not be made and how to arrange redelivery at a convenient time.

Returning an Item

For return requests, please refer to our Returns Policy.

Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless there is an error. Original delivery costs will not be refunded. If the returned item was not correctly franked, any additional incurred fees will be deducted from the final refund amount.
