Returns Policy
All information regarding exchanges, international returns or any other issues with an order or return can be found below. In the unlikely event you cannot find an answer to your query, please visit the 'contact us' page.
We do not offer free returns (unless otherwise agreed with the customer care team). Any/all returns costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancelling an Order
Any cancellations must be requested as soon as possible, but may not be possible in all circumstances.
Returning an Unwanted Item
We are happy to arrange a return for new and unused items within 30 days** of purchase for a refund of the purchase price (minus original shipping costs).
Customers are required to cover all return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed with the customer service team.
To initiate a return, please contact us and our team will guide you through the process.
- The sender must obtain proof of return.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods are returned damaged or are not suitable for resale.
- After receiving 'proof of shipment', it may take 5 working days for the refund to be processed.
- Your refund will be credited to the original payment method, i.e., credit card, PayPal account.
- We do not accept liability for returned items that do not reach us.
- We cannot be held liable for orders placed in error.
- The customer is responsible for returning unwanted items. We cannot arrange shipping for your return.
Returning a Faulty Item
We accept pre-authorized returns only when original proof of purchase is provided and details of the issue have been described.
In most cases, we will ask for a photo of the issue before authorizing.
To report a fault to us, please contact us.
- We offer a 6-month manufacturer's warranty on all our products.
- Within the first 30 days, you can return the product and receive a refund or a replacement.
- After 30 days, we will repair or replace the product in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If we are unable to fulfill the delivery, a refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Once the return of a faulty item has been authorized, we will provide a return address and reimburse shipping costs.
The item does not need to be in its original packaging, but we do expect the item to be packaged in a way that prevents further damage.
Authorized returns must be returned within 10 days of authorization, unless otherwise agreed.
Please request and keep your receipt, as TORRO is not responsible for items that do not reach us if the return policy has not been followed.
What is Not Covered by Our 6-Month Warranty
TORRO products are built to withstand everyday 'normal' use. However, as it is a consumable product, signs of everyday handling are to be expected. Please understand that user-induced damage to a product is not covered by this six-month warranty. This includes, but is not limited to:
- general wear and tear.
- puncture damage.
- use of chemicals on the leather.
- damage from overloading card slots/compartments.
- leather discoloration. Stains. Leather tears.
- cracks or tears in the leather due to repeated folding of the case.
- damage to the product by the user
Which Items Cannot Be Returned?
The following products are not eligible for a refund (unless they are faulty).
- Products received over 30 days ago
- Products without original packaging or products returned in used condition
- Cases with pressure marks in the leather caused by a MagSafe charger.
- Modifications to the product or repair work performed by the buyer or third parties.
- Gift cards
Please note: If you return products that are not subject to our return policy, or if you do not have proof of purchase, we cannot issue a full refund. Therefore, please keep your receipt or order confirmation.
Compatibility Issues
TORRO cases are designed to fit specific devices. The device specified for the product is listed in the product description.
TORRO cannot be held responsible for the use of a TORRO product if the customer attempts to use the product for an unspecified device.
TORRO cases are designed for use in conjunction with mobile electronic devices and some TORRO cases contain magnets, e.g., for closing the case. This is explained in the product description so that the user can make an informed decision about whether to use a product containing magnets.
TORRO cases have been tested and can be safely used with the respective device. However, we are unable to test all software features and compatibility on all devices, especially with all third-party apps.
For this reason, we cannot guarantee that magnets will not occasionally interfere with certain aspects of the software. The primary function of the case is to protect the device's hardware, and we do not consider minor inconveniences due to software limitations as a manufacturing defect of the case or cover.
